Lead intake URLs
Point a form's webhook at an intake URL and every submission becomes a call task. No code, no Zapier.
Create an intake URL
In the dashboard, open Integrations and create an intake URL. Give it a name, the goal for the caller, optional notes that go into every brief, the consent basis, and a default state for forms that don't ask for one. You get a URL like:
https://ringahuman.com/api/intake/rah_in_…
The URL is the credential: it can only create call tasks for your account, and you can revoke it at any time. Use one URL per form so you can tell sources apart and revoke them independently.
Send leads to it
POST the submission as JSON or form data. We look for the phone number, name, company and state automatically, and put every submitted field into the caller's brief.
curl -X POST https://ringahuman.com/api/intake/rah_in_… \
-H "content-type: application/json" \
-d '{"name":"Maria Lopez","phone":"(512) 555-0142","company":"Bright Smile Dental","state":"TX","message":"Do you work with dental offices?"}'
→ 201 { "ok": true, "task_id": "task_…", "status": "open" }
Works with
| Source | Where to paste the URL |
|---|---|
| Google Ads lead form | Lead form asset → Lead delivery → Webhook URL. Any key works. |
| Typeform | Connect → Webhooks → Add a webhook |
| Tally | Integrations → Webhooks (free plan) |
| Webflow | Site settings → Forms → Webhook, or a Logic flow |
| Framer | Form → Send to → Webhook |
| Unbounce | Integrations → Webhook |
| Facebook Lead Ads, HubSpot forms, others | Use Zapier, Make or n8n with a "Webhook / POST" step to this URL |
We read Google Ads user_column_data, Facebook-style field_data, Typeform form_response and Tally data.fields natively. Anything else is read as plain key/value fields.
