Compliance
The mechanics are enforced in code. You're responsible for having a lawful basis to call.
Enforced by the platform
| Rule | How |
|---|---|
| A human places every call | The caller taps Call; no autodialer, predictive dialer or AI voice. |
| Local calling hours | Claim and dial only 9am–8pm in the lead's timezone. |
| Do-not-call | Checked at creation and right before dialing; network-wide. |
| Consent basis | Required on every task and stored with it. |
| No pile-ons | One open task per number across all clients. |
| Audit trail | Created, claimed, dialed (with the lead's local time) and completed, all timestamped. |
| No recording | Notes instead of recordings. |
