Do-not-call
One opt-out blocks a number for every client on the network.
Add a number
add_do_not_call({ phone }) · POST /api/dnc with {"phone": "…"}.
The number is normalized, added to the shared list, and every review, open or claimed task for it is cancelled.
Automatic entries
When a caller logs do_not_call, the number is added automatically. Treat that outcome as final: don't re-queue the number or switch to another channel without a fresh basis.
When it's checked
- When a task is created, which returns
409if the number is listed. - Again right before the caller dials.
The national registry is separate
The shared list is our internal list. You're still responsible for National Do Not Call Registry rules where they apply to your calls.
